Products and pricing

Ezebreathe sells simple, non-medicated nasal strips designed to support nasal airflow. Each product page provides the product’s main characteristics, colour, quantity, price, availability, application guidance and warnings.

Prices are displayed in South African rand. The complete transaction price, including applicable delivery fees, taxes and other charges, is shown during checkout before an order is placed.

Payment and transaction security

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Card payments may be securely processed by Paystack or another payment provider identified during checkout. The payment provider’s terms and privacy practices may apply. Ezebreathe does not receive or store complete card details when payment is handled by an external payment provider.

Reviewing and correcting an order

Before placing an order, customers can review their cart, product selections, quantities, delivery details, charges and total price. Customers can correct mistakes or withdraw from the transaction before selecting the final order button.

Order records

Order confirmations and related transaction information are supplied electronically using the details provided during checkout. Customers should retain these communications. Reasonable assistance with an available order record may be requested by contacting Hello@ezebreathe.com.

Delivery

Available delivery destinations, methods, charges and estimated timeframes are displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated with the customer. Orders will be fulfilled within the agreed period or, where no separate period has been agreed, within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Cooling-off, returns and refunds

Where section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies and no statutory exception applies, a consumer may cancel an electronic transaction for goods without reason within seven days after receiving the goods. The consumer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, as permitted by law.

Statutory exceptions may apply, including where goods by their nature cannot reasonably be returned. Because nasal strips are personal-use hygiene products, opened or used products may not qualify for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit rights relating to defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied products.

Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data-protection law, including POPIA.

Codes, memberships and complaints

Ezebreathe does not currently claim membership of a separate e-commerce self-regulatory or accreditation body, or subscription to a separate private dispute-resolution code. South African law applies to transactions made through this website.

Please direct complaints to Hello@ezebreathe.com first so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the matter. Consumers may also approach an appropriate consumer-protection body or forum with lawful jurisdiction, including the National Consumer Commission where applicable.
